- How do Intersections "Customized Search Plans" differ from blind dates arranged by friends?
Intersections’ Customized Search Plans are different from blind dates because we strategically search for and prescreen matches for clients based on the Personal Consultation and subsequent feedback. Friends, having busy lives of their own, oftentimes tend to set up friends based merely on the fact that both people happen to be single and available at the same time. Also, there is generally limited, if any, feedback after a blind date; whereas an integral feature of Intersections' service is the feedback process described on the Services page.

The service provided by Intersections differs from online dating:
It involves a highly-personalized, consultative and feedback-centric process.
Before a client meets any matches, Jasbina gets to know the client’s needs, wants, personality and background via the Personal Consultation.
Intersections is specifically designed to take over the time-consuming task of screening so that its clients are able to strategically spend their limited time and energies focusing on matches with real potential
- How does Intersections differ from dating services?
Intersections does not limit its Customized Search Plan clients to meeting other Intersections’ clients exclusively. Rather, the idea is to exponentially expand our selective clients’ universe of potential matches.
- How does Intersections expand its clients’ universe of potential matches?
Matches come from our exclusive "Customized Search Plan" client base; our stand-alone Personal Consultees; our "Register For Free Database"; events we attend throughout the country; the Professional Matchmakers Association's nationwide network; as well as our everyday lives (including various professional, cultural, social and charitable organizations). Each match is prescreened, and a criminal background check is run, before introductions are made.
- What kinds of people seek your services?
Intersections’ clients tend to lead very full lives, and are seeking someone special with whom to share their lives. Intersections’ clients also tend to be selective, attractive, and well-educated.
- Does Intersections take on every person who contacts it as a client?
We believe that every single and available person interested in pursuing a long-term relationship would benefit from the introspective personal consultation, and as such are happy to extend this service broadly.
With respect to the Customized Search Plans, Intersections limits this service to clients it believes it can genuinely serve. If we do not believe we will be able to find appropriate matches for a prospective client, or believe a prospective client’s expectations to be unrealistic, we will not accept that person as a Search Plan client.
- What is the cost of Intersections’ services?
- Personal Consultation: The charge for the "Personal Consultation" is $375, which includes both the 1.5 to 2 hour personal consultation with Jasbina, and priority status with respect to potential introductions to Intersections’ clients. This charge is for Jasbina’s time for the 'personal consultation', and does not guarantee eligibility to become an introduction plan client, nor any introductions to Intersections’ clients.
- Customized Search Plans: The price of Customized Search Plans varies according to the scope of the search.
- Dating Coaching: The price of dating coaching plans varies according to the number of coaching sessions. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the dating coaching, the Personal Consultation is a prerequisite first step for eligibility for dating coaching.
- Register for Free: There is no cost associated with the Register for Free Database. The Register for Free data is confidential and accessible only to Intersections.
